AI and data systems increasingly shape childhood — sometimes expanding autonomy and expression, just as often automating surveillance and coercive control. Assessing the stakes takes more than asking who has AI; it takes auditable evidence about the legal and institutional conditions under which it operates.
LittleRainbowRights / GRIMdata treats rights monitoring as infrastructure: an open, reproducible pipeline that links every indicator to its evidence, scores on a deliberately coarse 0–2 scale to avoid false precision, and publishes with care for child- and SOGI-sensitive contexts.
Point-in-time, indicative data — verify sources before citing. Higher scores indicate stronger protections, not endorsement of any government.
